SYNOPSIS
Approves an open access request
SYNTAX
Approve-ARRequest [-requestId] <String> [[-finalizationReason] <String>] [-WhatIf] [-Confirm]

DESCRIPTION
Approves an open access request, returning the request with a requestResult of APPROVED.
A request can only be handled by a user assigned as one of its approvers. Once one assigned approver has handled a request, no other assigned approver can handle it.
Request identifiers come from Get-ARRequest, and pipe into this command.
