Create a new organization
SYNTAX
New-IDOrganization [-Name] <String> [[-Description] <String>] [-WhatIf] [-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]
DESCRIPTION
Creates a new organization in the tenant.
The response is an object with ID/Name/Description/Path - the new organization’s key is under .ID, not .OrgId.
